Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

JobFlow Estimate & Invoice is developed by Nikita Skvazh ("we," "us," "our"). JobFlow is designed for independent contractors and service professionals to manage their projects — including creating estimates and invoices, tracking project tasks, documenting before & after project reports, saving receipt photos, and generating PDFs.

2. Information You Create in the App

When you use JobFlow, you may enter or create content such as:

• Project and client details (e.g. names, addresses, job descriptions)
• Tasks and project notes
• Estimates and invoices
• Before & after project photos
• Receipt photos
• PDF reports generated from the above

This content belongs to you and is created and used within the App to help you run your business. Internal records such as projects and tasks are identified within the App using randomly generated identifiers (UUIDs) that are created and stored locally on your device. These identifiers are not linked to any advertising identifier and are not used to profile you or to build advertising audiences.

3. Camera & Photo Library Access

JobFlow may request access to your device's camera or photo library, but only at the moment you choose to capture or select a before/after photo or a receipt photo for a project. The App does not access your camera or photo library in the background or without you initiating that action. Photos you capture or select are used solely to be stored locally with the relevant project and are not transmitted by the App anywhere.

4. How Your Data Is Stored

JobFlow currently stores your data — including projects, tasks, estimates, invoices, notes, receipts, and before/after photos — locally on your device. The App does not have a custom backend or server, and this data is not uploaded to JobFlow or to any cloud backup service operated by us.

If you use iOS's own built-in device backup features (such as iCloud Backup), your device's operating system may include the App's local data as part of that backup, in accordance with Apple's own iCloud terms and privacy practices. This is a standard function of iOS itself and is not something JobFlow initiates or controls.

5. Advertising & Tracking

JobFlow does not include any advertising SDK. The App does not collect or use Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or any other device advertising identifier, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

6. JobFlow Pro Subscription & Payments

JobFlow is intended to offer an optional JobFlow Pro subscription. As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, JobFlow Pro is not yet active in the released version of the App, and no subscription purchases are currently processed.

If and when JobFlow Pro becomes available, it will be offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase (StoreKit) system. In that case, all payment processing, billing, and subscription management will be handled directly by Apple — we will not receive, process, or store your payment card or Apple ID account details. You will be able to review or manage any active subscription, and restore prior purchases, at any time through your device's App Store account settings. This Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the subscription feature once it is active.

7. Data We Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or any other third party. We do not share, transmit, or upload your project, client, estimate, invoice, receipt, or photo content to any third party or server, and JobFlow does not use any tracking or advertising SDKs.

8. Children's Privacy

JobFlow is intended for use by independent contractors and service professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Deleting Data & Uninstalling

You can edit or delete any project directly within the App at any time. Deleting a project permanently removes its associated data — including related tasks, estimates, invoices, notes, receipts, and before/after photos — from your device. Uninstalling JobFlow removes all of the App's locally stored data from your device, subject to any copies retained in your own iOS device backups as described in Section 4.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to JobFlow or for legal reasons. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
